He founded CENTRO FINANZIAMENTI SPA with a vision to bring institutional-grade credit expertise to underserved business segments. Under his leadership, the organisation has built a diverse, high-quality lending portfolio with consistently low default rates.
Chief Credit Officer
Giuliana oversees all underwriting, credit policy, and risk management functions at CENTRO FINANZIAMENTI SPA, bringing 18 years of credit analysis experience across SME, corporate, and mortgage lending. She designed the company's proprietary credit scoring framework, which integrates both quantitative financial metrics and qualitative business assessment. Giuliana is also responsible for maintaining the non-performing loan ratio within board-approved thresholds.
Head of Corporate & Structured Finance
Davide leads the corporate lending and structured finance desk, specialising in large-ticket transactions, bridge facilities, and complex multi-tranche credit arrangements. He has closed over €800 million in corporate and real estate financing transactions throughout his career and is recognised as a leading practitioner in non-bank corporate credit. Davide also manages relationships with the company's institutional funding partners and capital market counterparties.
Head of Consumer & Mortgage Lending
Alessandra manages the retail and mortgage lending divisions, overseeing product development, distribution, and customer service quality. She has a strong background in consumer credit regulation and has led multiple regulatory change programmes to ensure full compliance with evolving lending standards. Alessandra is passionate about financial inclusion and has championed several initiatives to extend mortgage access to self-employed and non-traditional income earners.
Chief Compliance & Legal Officer
Luca is responsible for all regulatory compliance, legal affairs, and internal audit functions across the organisation. With a background in financial services law and 15 years of compliance leadership, he ensures that every product, process, and client communication meets applicable legal and regulatory standards. Luca maintains direct dialogue with supervisory authorities and leads the company's preparation for regulatory developments affecting non-bank lending.
